We use a variety of tools to communicate with our Warrior families and the Chippewa Hills community.

Chippewa Hills has launched a new mobile app to help students, parents, and community members know what is happening within the District from the comfort of their phones. From the app, you can read the latest announcements, locate staff contact information, review upcoming events, and find important documents.

The CHSD Warriors app is available to download free from the Apple App Store or the Google Play store.

When downloading the app, be sure to "Allow Notifications" when prompted so you receive important alerts such as school closings and delays.

Rooms is a feature within the CHSD app that allows parents and guardians to have two-way parent-teacher conversations and keep up with classroom announcements. Parents and guardians will need a username and password to access Rooms.

Text alerts will be used for urgent situations like school closures and delays, power outages, emergency cancellations, and building lockdowns. In order to receive text alerts, it is essential for parents and guardians to have their cell phone numbers on file with the school. In order to verify that we have your correct cell phone information, you can either contact your student's school office or fill out this form.

We will announce school closures and delays due to inclement weather using all our communications tools and platforms: CHSD Warriors App, Rooms, Facebook, text alerts, district email, and phone calls.

We will also announce these closures and delays on the following radio and TV stations:

Radio: 102.3 and 100.9 Y102-WYBR, 95.3 WCFX, 104.3 WCZY, 94.5 WCEN

TV: TV 9&10 and Fox 33, NBC 25/Fox 66, ABC 12, ABC 7 & 4, WNEM TV 5, Fox 17, Wood TV 8, WZZM 13
