NEW! Introducing Rooms in the CHSD Warriors App
Chippewa Hills is making it easier to stay in touch with teachers and class information using the CHSD Warriors app. Within the app, parents and guardians can access a new feature called Rooms where they can see their student's classes and engage directly with teachers!
Not getting app alerts? How to check your phone's notification settings
Users should receive app alerts and notifications from the CHSD Warriors app, as well as when you get a new message in Rooms.
If you are not receiving these alerts, check your phone's notification settings.
iPhone Users
Go to Settings
Scroll down to the Apps section and select the CHSD app
Go to Notifications
Turn on Allow Notifications, Sounds, and Badges, and select alerts for Lock Screen, Notification Center and Banners. (Turn everything on in this section!)
Android Users
Open Settings
Go to Notifications
App Settings
Select the CHSD app
Turn app notifications on
Also, be sure your phone's software updates are completed, as missing software updates can cause issues when app updates are released.
If all else fails, and you still are not getting app alerts and notifications, please delete the app and power down your phone. Then power the phone back on and reinstall the app. When re-installing, be sure to select "Allow Notifications" when prompted during the app setup. This process typically helps to clear phone issues and resets the app's badge alerts.
