February is School-Based Health Centers Awareness Month!
Did you know that students in our district have access to healthcare right at school? The Chippewa Hills Wellness Center, located within the Chippewa Hills secondary complex, is open Monday-Friday from 8 AM to 4 PM and provides essential medical services, including:
✅ Sick visits & injury treatment
✅ Sending medications
✅ Sports physicals & well-child visits
✅ Health education & Medicaid enrollment
✅ And much more!
Plus, the Warrior Wellness Center offers in-school counseling and mental health services to support student well-being.
The Chippewa Hills Wellness Center is available for ALL Chippewa Hills students. For appointments, call 989-967-2290. Please know that we will never treat your child without your consent—consent forms are available in your child’s school office or on our website here: https://www.chsd.us/page/wellness-center. Consent forms are also available within the CHSD app under District > Documents & Forms.
